Security and data handling
How this website, your documents and the software we deliver are handled. No certification is claimed. Last updated 6 October 2026
This website
- A static site: no accounts, no logins, no payments and no form that sends or stores data.
- This site sets no cookies. It stores one item in your browser’s local storage, snello-theme, only if you choose a light or dark theme. No third-party scripts; a content security policy limits scripts, styles and images to the site itself.
- Hosted on GitHub Pages, which logs technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages (see the privacy notice).
Your documents
- Processed on your own computer where possible, or on ours for the feasibility check and the build.
- Sample documents are deleted after the feasibility check.
- Not sent to any AI service unless you choose one, and never used to train AI.
The software we deliver
- Installed on infrastructure you control; you own the source code.
- The bank reconciliation and document Q&A demos listen on localhost only and refuse oversized uploads.
What we do not claim
- No security certification, no penetration test, and we do not offer security audits.
