About
Snello is a small AI and software studio run by Foysal, based in Italy.
A note from the founder
Snello is Italian for lean, or streamlined. That is how paperwork should feel when the work is done: documents go in, clean and checked data comes out, and anything uncertain is flagged instead of guessed.
I started Snello to build that kind of software for small and mid-sized businesses: small tools that measure themselves, run on your own machines and come with their source code. I work with AI tools for drafting, coding, testing and checking, and I review and answer for every result.

Background
My public research code is on GitHub: Bayesian-Classifier-Lab, a framework for comparing machine-learning models with repeated cross-validation and a Bayesian test, and PsychoGraph-Net, a research model for graph and time-series data. The same habits run through Snello’s demos: fixed seeds, separate test sets and stated limits.
Principles
Measured, not promised
We test on your material and report what we measure, including what fails.
Local-first
Work can run on your own machine; AI steps run on your account or a local model.
Honest about AI
We say where AI is used, and AI-filled results are flagged for checking.
You own the code
Source code and documentation with every project.
Snello as a business
Snello trades under Foysal’s own name. It is not a registered company and has no VAT number yet.
